Building & implementing a modern, innovative app for a global brand.


The Project

The brief that was presented to us was to allow Bowmore and subsidiaries of the Bowmore group of whisky’s and spirits to capture information from off trade customers. This would be achieved through an app that allowed a sticky interesting way to engage with the potential customers at whisky fairs and other such events in the hope of increasing their database.


The Solution

The Zen Agency built an app that allowed branding and an engaging interaction application to capture and adjust to the required details captured and event attending. This connected and pushed information to a CRM system that allowed email marketing to take place and connections from the Bowmore sales team to the potential client.


The Results

A successful app capturing information that allowed Bowmore to interact and engage in a brand lead way. The app was able to store the information and push when no internet connection was available. This allowed for marketing in an efficient and engaging way and building a stronger CRM database and allowing segmentation within that information capture.
