Coalition of Carers are a Scottish charity dedicated to working to promote the voice of carers in the development of services, policy and legislation. Their aim is to improve carers’ rights and recognition in Scotland.
It is their vision that carers in Scotland will achieve full recognition as equal partners in care. Carers will have the right to quality services and access to personalised support at every stage in their caring role to ensure they enjoy good health and a life outside of caring.
The clients current site was not serving its purpose effectivley. The site was beginning to show it’s age and look dated, it also featured large sections of text and badly structured content The Zen Agency was briefed by the client to design and build a modern, mobile responsive and user friendly platform that would also provide the staff with a more easy to use CMS, cutting down on management time.
We began by conducting workshops with the client to learn more about the business and their wants/needs. We also built personas and scenarios to determine more accurately and build models of the people that would be using the new website.
