One trick to employ in 2020 is to make your copy more conversational, which is favourable to Google search algorithms. Replacing short keywords into long-tail keywords and phrasing copy as questions can also draw in more traffic.
In 2020, we will see a rise in the use of chatbots. The market of automation has grown significantly in the past few years, with chatbots assuming greater closing capabilities and lifelike features. Augmented reality has slowly been gaining momentum over the last few years. Snapchat has already started experimenting with AR, in the form of its ‘Geofilter’ option which allows users to see location-specific videos, and there were the viral gender-swap and age-modifying lenses of 2019. However, in 2020 we will begin to see the practical application of VR/AR on social media. Apple and Facebook have already started production of their AR glasses, stating “VR is the next evolution of social messaging,” so expect to see an explosion of AR/VR content in the latter half of 2020.
