Using this smart interactive tool guests can plan and personalise a special occasion or corporate event. It takes the user through a simple process of selecting one of the meeting rooms in the hotel, selecting the theme, usage and capacity and then allows the user to build their own seating plan and room layout down to the very last detail, including the shape of tables! It then automatically sends a personalised floor plan by email.
