Cello MRUK are one of the largest indepently owned market research companies in the UK. They required CRM system that would allow their clients to log in and track projects and exchange project documentation in order to help restructure and co-ordinate their project management.

We have worked with CELLO MRUK for six years, improving their internal communications and communications with clients.

The bespoke CRM system we developed allows clients to track the progress of their project. This connects into an automated payment system so that on the completion of any project a summary of the project and invoice is generated.

Our technical team were able to provide a project management tool which saved Cello MRUK money on project management costs and overcame a lot of time consuming administration for each project and helped streamline all client communications; saving time and money on projects.

We currently have a monthly support package for all technical and website support.
